Provided friendly guidance and were flexible in accommodating special requests as well. We brought the Hilux along with us on a 4WD & fishing trip and the car was perfect. Will be booking again for sure.
- Owen Lawrence Added July 28, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★We hired a Ford Ranger for 15 days. The vehicle was in excellent condition and well maintained. The hire process was easy and affordable. We did break a windscreen and we did have to pay for it's replacement. Complete rang around and got a better price on non- genuine glass and also deducted the GST portion.... They also deducted the cost of the hire 12V fridge. We ended up $340 out of pocket for the windscreen. Complete were more than fair in their dealings with us. I'd definitely recommend them. I'd happily rent from them again. Thanks boys.

We hired a 4WD from them for our honeymoon for 2 weeks, and we chose the model of car based on their recommendation. The car was in great condition and really well suited to our needs - but more importantly, the staff were really knowledgeable and friendly, and we felt like their first priority was to make sure our trip ran as smoothly as possible. They are also an inclusive company who treated us (2 women) with respect.

The cars are always excellently prepared and the customer service from the staff is exceptional. No issues, misunderstandings, etc - just good solid reliable friendly customer service.
